Multiple Subscription Rules (MSR) Enhancement for UniFi, Streamyx and DEL Services
We are
pleased to announce the Multiple Subscription Rules (MSR) Enhancement for
UniFi, TM Broadband & Telephony service will be implemented in ICP on
30th September 2014 and NOVA on 10th October
2014. The policy is to ensure the customer can only subscribe to the
maximum subscription allocation without jeopardizing the customer experience.
The MSR
enhancement is only applicable to the
Residential (R) customers and Business (S10, S20, S30, S40 & A10) customer
segments.
The
Multiple Subscription Rules (MSR) Enhancement is as follows:
1. To
remove rules no. 5 for both Residential and Business segment

still incomplete, is not allowed.

2. To
extend the MSR Approval function to SME Team (Reseller order)
· Currently,
any order from Reseller Portal that violated the Multiple Subscription Rules
will be blocked by system. With this new enhancement, SME reseller can proceed
with registration and complete the order subject to the approval from SME
HQ.
