Dear
Colleagues,
We are
pleased to announce the Multiple Subscription Rules (MSR) for UniFi, Streamyx /
Business Broadband and TM Phone (DEL) services. It is a policy to
control the number of service subscriptions per customer and/or per
address.
With
the MSR, registration for UniFi, Streamyx / Business Broadband and TM Phone
(DEL) would avoid fraudulent subscriptions and non-worthy customers.
The MSR
is applicable to customers from the Residential (R) and Business (S10, S20, S30,
S40 & A10) segments. MSR will be implemented in ICP on 1 October 2013 and
in NOVA on 10 October 2013.
The Multiple
Subscription Rules (MSR) are as follows:

a) Maximum
UniFi subscriptions per customer are 3 packages.
b) Per
customer per address is 1 package.
c) Maximum
2 customers per address.
d) Maximum
2 packages per address for two different customers.
e) Subscription
of additional product (eligible) at different address while the previous order
not yet post complete is not allowed.

a) Maximum
UniFi subscriptions per customer are 12 packages.
b) Per
customer per address are 3 packages.
c) Maximum
2 customers per address.
d) Maximum
6 packages per address for two different customers.
e) Subscription

not yet post complete is not allowed.

Streamyx
and Business Broadband
|
a) Maximum
Streamyx subscriptions per customer are 3 packages.
b) Per
customer per address is 1 package.
c) Maximum
2 customers per address.
d) Maximum
2 packages per address for two different customers.
e) Subscription
of additional product (eligible) at different address while the previous order
not yet post complete is not allowed.

Business Broadband subscriptions per customer are 12 packages.
b) Per
customer per address are 3 packages.
c) Maximum
2 customers per address.
d) Maximum
6 packages per address for two different customers.
e) Subscription
of additional product (eligible) at different address while the previous order
not yet post complete is not allowed.

TM
Phone
(DEL)
|
a) Maximum
telephone lines per customer are 9.
b) Maximum
2 customers per installation address.
c) Per
customer per address are 3 lines.
d) Per
customer can have maximum 3 installation address.
e) If
a customer requests to have more telephone lines than the maximum allowable
number, the approval from related parties is required.

a) No
limitation.

TM
Staff
|
UniFi,
Streamyx & TM Phone Services:
a) Maximum
UniFi or Streamyx subscriptions per staff are 3 packages.
b) Only
1 TM Phone subscription per staff.
c) Other
rules will follow the Residential rules for UniFi, Streamyx and TM Phone as
specified above.

· MSR will be based on
the customer ID and installation address.
· MSR will be
implemented in ICP, NOVA and Portals (Reseller and Selfcare).

IMPORTANT NOTES
REGARDING MSR
1. Frontliners are
required to have CAMS ID (to check CPBR and credit rating) in order to approve
order via Siebel
2. The rules are only
applicable to Consumer and SME (unmanaged S10, S20 and managed-S30, S40 &
A10) segments.
3. Approver:
i. TMpoint – Supervisor
and above
ii. TMUC – Operation
Manager and Team Manager
iii. CSM State – Executive
or Manager

ReplyDeleteThank you for the info. That's mean one customer for one address can only subscribe one Streamyx package right? But one customer has no limitation for different address for Streamyx right?
