Discontinuation of TM Calling Card

In line with technology evolution, and to continuously improve the performance and quality of TM services, TM Calling Card service will be discontinued effective 1 March 2016.
 
As an alternative, customers are encouraged to use iTalk card services to communicate with families and friends. For your convenience, we do offer our iTalk prepaid cards in RM10, RM20, RM30 and RM50 denominations available at all our TMpoint outlets, or via online purchases through Maybank2U, rhbbank and CIMBClicks or via Maybank ATMs or at participating mobile prepaid card outlets such 7-Eleven, Pos Malaysia, petrol marts, photo shops, One-Pay or convenience stores displaying the iTalk or ePay signages.
 
Communication to customers pertaining to this matter will be made via announcement on TM website (www.tm.com.my) and through respective account executive.

Discontinuation of Home Country Beyond Service

In line with technology evolution, and to continuously improve the performance and quality of TM services, Home Country Beyond service will be discontinued effective 1 April 2015. Following the service discontinuation, customers will no longer be able to make calls from overseas to other countries using iTalk, TM Calling Card or Ring Ring Card.

Customers are encouraged to use the International Direct Dial (IDD) facilities provided by the visited country’s service providers or their mobile phones or online communications facilities, to communicate with families and friends worldwide.

Communication to customers pertaining to this matter will be made via announcement on TM website (www.tm.com.my).

Please be informed that TM has discontinued its 600 Infoline service effective 8 September 2014. This exercise is necessary due to the obsolescence of the technology employed by TM in maintaining the Infoline service. With technology advancement, information accessed via Infoline 600, can also be obtained directly from official portal or via online applications more efficiently, hence contributing to the decline in demand and usage of Infoline 600 year on year.

Discontinuation of TM Credit Limit Usage Alert (CLUA) Services

We wish to inform you that due to commercial reasons with the realignment of TM suite of product offerings to create more value for our customers, TM Credit Limit Usage Alert (CLUA) service has been discontinued effective 1 March 2014.

All existing customers for CLUA services would be migrated to new Credit Limit offering, which is more reliable, effective and provided for FREE to all TM customers.

In view of the service discontinuation, all information about this service in the TM Product Portal and TM Websites had been removed accordingly.

Discontinuation of TM Email Services


In line with TM’s realignment of its suite of product offerings, we wish to inform you that TM will not be accepting any new registrations for all TM E-mail services (namely Streamyx.com, tm.net.my, hsbb.com.my, bluehyppo.com and unifi.my) effective immediately.


However, please note that your TM E-mail account will remain active until 1 December 2013. After this date, all TM E-mail related services will automatically be deactivated. We would like to advise you to clear all your emails and save all your important documents before the expiry of your TM E-mail account to avoid any inconvenience. TM will not be liable for any data loss due to the expiry of your TM E-mail account after this date.


Do keep in touch with us for the latest updates and promotions by updating your personal data accordingly. This is also to ensure that there will be no interruptions on customer’s online bill delivery. You may update your TM E-mail address to your preferred e-mail address via below channels:



1. TMpoint
a. Walk in to the nearest TMpoint outlet. Our TMpoint personnel will assist you in updating your TM E-mail address to your preferred e-mail address. 
b. Only for customers with domain Streamyx.com, tm.net.my, hsbb.com.my, bluehyppo.com  and  unifi.my


2. ‘100’
a. Dial 100. TM’s customer service representative will assist you in updating your TM E-mail address to your preferred email address.
b. Only for customers with domain streamyx.com.my, tm.net.my & bluehyppo.com.my.


3. ‘1 300 88 1221’
a. Dial 1 300 88 1221. TM’s customer service representative will assist you in updating your TM E-mail address to your preferred email address.
b. Only for customers with domain unifi.my & hsbb.com.my.
