Discontinuation of iShield as Value Added Service (VAS)
Mass Market Marketing Operations (MMMO) wishes to inform that iShield  service as our Value Added Service will be discontinued effective immediately for the following packages:

i)              All UniFi packages (Residential and Business)
ii)             All Streamyx packages (Residential and Business)


Service discontinuation is inclusive of the existing iShield  customers. Service license will automatically be terminated effective immediately and no more protection provided to customers’ devices.

Hence, all collaterals related to this product need to be removed instantaneously. Kindly be informed that, no more Add/Remove VAS and Modify orders for iShield effective immediately.

If TM broadband customers are using both iShield  and TM Online Guard services, please be informed that TM Online Guard will continue to operate as usual and is not affected by the discontinuation of iShield .

For your information, TM Online Guard service currently can protect not only personal computers or laptops, but also your Android devices. Here are some of the features in TM Online Guard service:

Customers subscribing to iShield, can subscribe to TM Online Guard at RM2 per license per month. Subscriptions can be made via TMpoint or TM Customer Service at 100 (select 4 - Products and Services). For more information, please visit www.tm.com.my/parentalcontrol

Communication pertaining to this matter has been made via the following methods:
1)             Official letter to customers via their registered billing address with TM
2)             Email via customers registered email address with TM
3)             SMS via customers registered handphone number with TM
4)             Bill message (softcopy and hardcopy)
5)             Product announcement on TM website www.tm.com.my
