The Launch of Sales Leads Online Form (SLOF)

A new initiative to simplify  the registration of UniFi and Streamyx services online for TM customers via www.tm.com.my has been launched on 1 July 2014. It is called Sales Leads Online Form (SLOF) and it is applicable for:

1.     New registrations

2.     Consumer segment

3.     UniFi and Streamyx packages

How the initiative benefits the customers?

1.     Simple and easy to register TM services

2.     Time saving (less than 5 minutes to fill up and submit form)

3.     Reduce errors during registration process

What's need to be done by the customer?

1.     Fill up the online registration form at TM portal

2.     Wait for a phone call from TM sales representative within 3 working days
