We would like to announce the introduction of a new processing fee for service number change request for TM customers. Customers will be charged RM25 for each number that they request to change. The new charge will be imposed starting from 26th November 2014 for NOVA, and 27th November 2014 for ICP (DEL services).

·         Applicable to all TM customers who request for change of service number.
·         Customers will be charged RM25 for each service number change request.
·         Applicable for a selected products in NOVA:
Ø VIP Family – Voice 1P (Residential)
Ø BIZ Family – Voice 1P BIZ (Business)
Ø Multiple Line ATA
Ø Voice 1Play
Ø IP Centrex
·         Applicable for all DEL products in ICP.
·         Both charges in NOVA and ICP need to be added manually during order creation.

Kami memohon sokongan dan kerjasama semua Pengerusi dan Setiausaha Jawatankuasa untuk memastikan semua ahli jawatankuasa negeri, bangunan dan premis agar mengambil bahagian di dalam kajiselidik ini. Sebanyak 37 soalselidik mudah yang dianggarkan dapat diselesaikan dalam masa 30 minit. Kajian ini dibangunkan bagi menilai sikap terhadap keselamatan dan kesihatan di dalam TM dan, bagi mengenalpasti langkah pembaikan yang perlu diambil. Semua keputusan akan digabungkan untuk dianalisa dan tiada keputusan individu akan disimpan. Perlu diingatkan - kami tidak mencari jawapan betul atau salah tetapi kami ingin mengetahui apa pandangan anda mengenai budaya keselamatan di TM berdasarkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman tuan-tuan.

Multiple Subscription Rules (MSR) Enhancement for UniFi, Streamyx and DEL Services



We are pleased to announce the Multiple Subscription Rules (MSR) Enhancement for UniFi, TM Broadband & Telephony service will be implemented in ICP on 30th September 2014 and NOVA on 10th October 2014. The policy is to ensure the customer can only subscribe to the maximum subscription allocation without jeopardizing the customer experience. The MSR enhancement is only applicable to the Residential (R) customers and Business (S10, S20, S30, S40 & A10) customer segments. 

 The Multiple Subscription Rules (MSR) Enhancement is as follows:

1.     To remove rules no. 5 for both Residential and Business segment

2.     To extend the MSR Approval function to SME Team (Reseller order)

·         Currently, any order from Reseller Portal that violated the Multiple Subscription Rules will be blocked by system. With this new enhancement, SME reseller can proceed with registration and complete the order subject to the approval from SME HQ.
