Introduction Of High Speed Packages For Smart Partnership Enhancement

Smart Partnership (SP) program is a collaboration program between TM and property developers for residential and business properties. Under Smart Partnership, developer is able to add value to each property SOLD. At the same time, the property buyer will experience high-speed broadband service for FREE at a pre-determined duration of 12 Months or 24 Months.
There are two enhancements made under Smart Partnership:
1. To upgrade existing Smart Partnership customers (within contract) to High Speed Package
In September 2018, TM announced that unifi customers reside at FTTH areas would be given FREE speed upgrade of up to 10x from their current speed. At that time, about 2,000 Smart Partnership customers who are still within contract have been identified that they cannot be upgraded due to the system readiness.
With this enhancement, this group of customers will be able to enjoy high-speed internet at the same price. Below are the package movement principles offer for Existing Smart Partnership customer:

2. High Speed Packages (HSP) for New Smart Partnership Customer
Not only that, new Smart Partnership customers can subscribe to the High Speed Package offerings too. Below are the packages offered for New Smart Partnership customers:

Notes: Business customer will get FREE Turbo Upgrade when subscribed to above packages
Important notes:
- Existing Smart Partnership customers who are still within contract and not yet turbo-ed, will be upgraded in phases.
- The package offerings for new Smart Partnership Residential customer is 30Mbps, 100Mbps and 300Mbps.
- The package offerings for new Smart Partnership Business customers start from 10Mbps to 100Mbps only.
