Introduction of New Processing Fee for Change of Phone Number Requested by TM Customers |
We would like to
announce the introduction of a new processing fee for service number change
request for TM customers. Customers will be charged RM25 for each number that
they request to change. The new charge will be imposed starting from
26th November 2014 for NOVA, and 27th November
2014 for ICP (DEL services).
· Applicable to all TM
customers who request for change of service number.
· Customers will be
charged RM25 for each service number change request.
· Applicable for a
selected products in NOVA:
Ø VIP Family – Voice 1P
(Residential)
Ø BIZ Family – Voice 1P
BIZ (Business)
Ø Multiple Line ATA
Ø Voice
1Play
Ø IP Centrex
· Applicable for all
DEL products in ICP.
· Both charges in NOVA
and ICP need to be added manually during order creation.

Hi sir, Saya dah tukar existing number ke unifi masa pasang unifi hari tu. Kalau sekarang nk tukar balik nombor ni ke copper line, and dapatkan nombor baru utk Unifi, kena byr RM25 ke? Boleh buat melalui 100 atau kna pergi tmpoint juga? tq...
