Discontinuation of Home Country Beyond Service

In line with technology evolution, and to continuously improve the performance and quality of TM services, Home Country Beyond service will be discontinued effective 1 April 2015. Following the service discontinuation, customers will no longer be able to make calls from overseas to other countries using iTalk, TM Calling Card or Ring Ring Card.

Customers are encouraged to use the International Direct Dial (IDD) facilities provided by the visited country’s service providers or their mobile phones or online communications facilities, to communicate with families and friends worldwide.

Communication to customers pertaining to this matter will be made via announcement on TM website (www.tm.com.my).

In line with technology evolution, and to continuously improve the performance and quality of TM services, TM’s Ring Ring Card service will be discontinued effective 1 June 2015. Following the service discontinuation, customers may use TM’s iTalk services as an alternative to make calls at competitive rates.

Communication to customers pertaining to this matter will be made via announcement on TM website (www.tm.com.my).
