Discontinuation of Our Favourites Call Plan

Mass Market Marketing Operation (MMMO) wishes to inform that Our Favourites Call Plan will be discontinued effective 1 November 2017.

This service discontinuation is applicable to all existing customers of Our Favourites Call Plan.

Hence, all collaterals related to this product are void and must be removed immediately.

We are recommending existing customers of this call plan to opt for one the following services below:

1) UniFi packages which offer FREE calls to TM fixed lines nationwide and a very low rate for calls to mobile services

2) webe mobile which offers FREE domestic calls, SMS and mobile data

3) Voice Deal 38 which offers FREE calls to TM fixed lines nationwide

Communication pertaining to this matter will be made via the following methods:

1) Official letter to customers via their registered billing address with TM

2) Email via customers registered email address with TM
