Discontinuation Of One Number Service (1-700)
Mass Market Marketing Operations (MMMO) wishes to inform that One Number Service (1-700) will be discontinued effective immediately.
This service discontinuation is applicable to all existing customers of the One Number Service (1-700).
Hence, all collaterals related to this product are void and must be removed immediately.
Communication pertaining this will be made via the following methods:
1) Letter to customers via their registered billing address with TM
2) Email via customers registered email address with TM
3) Bill message (softcopy and hardcopy)
4) Announcement on TM website, www.tm.com.my
