Revised Operating Hours for Directory Assistance Service 103 and Domestic & International Assistance Service 101 |
Please be
informed that effective 5 January 2015, the revised operating hours for
Directory Assistance Service 103 and Domestic & International Assistance
Service 101 will be starting from 8am to 8pm, from Monday to Friday.
To elevate
customer’s experience on 101 services, customers are encouraged to subscribe to
TM IDD facility and enjoy great savings when making IDD calls. Customers can
call 100 for FREE activation of the facility. Meanwhile, for 103 services,
customers can access www.yellowpages.my
or download the
Yellow Pages mobile app.
Communication to
customers pertaining to this matter has been made via 103 and 101 IVR message
and bill message respectively.
