Change of TM Bill Payment Period
Change of Bill Payment Period |
We wish
to inform you that effective from 11 SEPTEMBER 2014, the payment period
between the Bill Date and Payment Due Date for several products and services in
NOVA will be changed to 21 days from the current 30 days. This change
will be applicable for all customers under Consumer & SME segments.
The affected products and services are:
1) VIP
packages
2) BIZ
packages
3) Voice
1P packages
4) UniFi
BIZ (WiFi@Outlet) packages
5) HSBB
Residential packages
6) HSBB
Business packages
7) HSBB
Customized packages
Kindly
note that the ‘Payment Due Date’ refers to the payment deadline for TM bills
each month. Therefore, in order to ensure
that you continue to enjoy uninterrupted services,
all customers are advised to observe this change and proceed with the necessary
payment.
