Implementation of On-Site Support Charge

Starting 11th October 2016, On-Site Support Charge has been introduced via Customer Charging Proposition (CCP) Enhancement.

The On-Site Support Charge is only applicable for restoration of DEL, Streamyx and UniFi. A flat rate of RM53.00 per visit (inclusive of GST) will be imposed  and the charges will be reflected in the customer’s next bill

Service demarcation between TM and the customer will also be given due consideration. If the root cause of the issue is acknowledged to be the fault on the side of  TM, issue with service apartment or OSHE-related issues; the cost of service restoration will be absorbed by TM.
